Refund Policy

At Solenari Care, we sell digital products only. Our products are delivered electronically and are typically made available immediately after payment approval through the checkout confirmation page and/or by email. Because of the digital nature of our products, there are no physical returns.

We want customers to shop with confidence. For that reason, we offer a limited 7-day refund window from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date if:

you were charged more than once for the same order;
you did not receive access to the product and our support team is unable to resolve the issue;
the file is defective or inaccessible and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time; or
the digital product is materially different from its description on our website.
Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available:

after 7 calendar days from the purchase date;
for requests made without sufficient purchase details;
for issues caused by incorrect email information entered at checkout, where access can still be restored or resent by our support team;
when the customer has simply changed their mind after receiving immediate access to the digital product, except where required by applicable law;
where misuse, abuse, fraud, or policy circumvention is suspected.
How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email contact@solenaricare.click
 with the following information:

your full name;
the email address used for the order;
your order number or proof of purchase;
the name of the product purchased; and
a brief explanation of the reason for the request, including screenshots if relevant.
Review Process

We review refund requests as quickly as possible. Our typical support response time is 1–2 business days. If additional information is needed, we may contact you before making a decision.

Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement after processing.

Technical Assistance Before Refund

Before issuing a refund, we may first attempt to resolve the issue by:

resending your download link;
confirming the email address used at checkout;
providing an updated file; or
helping troubleshoot access problems.
Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us first at contact@solenaricare.click
 so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly. Filing a chargeback after receiving and using a digital product may delay resolution and may be treated as potential abuse of this policy.
