Solenari Care sells digital products only. We do not ship physical goods by mail or courier. This Shipping Policy explains how digital delivery works.
1. Delivery Method
All products sold by Solenari Care are delivered electronically. After successful payment approval, customers typically receive access in one or both of the following ways:
an instant download link on the order confirmation page; and/or
a confirmation email containing download or access instructions.
2. Delivery Time
Digital products are generally delivered immediately after payment is successfully processed. In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to:
payment review or fraud screening;
incorrect email entry at checkout;
temporary system issues;
email provider filtering or spam/junk folder delivery;
internet or device-related issues on the customer’s side.

Because our products are digital and no physical shipment takes place, no shipping charges apply.
4. Geographic Availability
Digital products may be purchased and delivered electronically to customers in locations where access to our website and products is lawful. Customers are responsible for ensuring that use of the website and products is permitted in their own jurisdiction.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery, customers must:
provide a valid and correctly spelled email address at checkout;
maintain access to their email account;
use a compatible device and software capable of opening the delivered files;
check spam, junk, promotions, or filtered folders if the delivery email does not appear in the inbox.
6. Failed or Delayed Delivery
If you believe your digital delivery failed or was delayed, please contact us with:
your full name;
the email used at checkout;
your order number; and
a brief description of the issue.
We will make reasonable efforts to resend access instructions or help resolve the delivery issue.
7. No Physical Shipment
Since no physical products are shipped:
there are no tracking numbers;
there are no customs duties or import fees related to shipping;
there are no carrier delays, lost parcels, or delivery address issues in the traditional shipping sense.
